You can send cases through:

• Digital Scans (via email)
• Physical Impressions (mailed with a completed lab prescription form)

Our turnaround time is ONE week in lab. We aim for the return date to be no later than one week after we receive it in house. Repairs and adjustments are next day under most circumstances. 

Yes! Rush cases are available for an additional fee. Contact us for availability. 

We provide prepaid shipping labels if you are not in our daily route. However, contact us to see if your dental practice is available for free pick up/deliveries. 

We stand by our work. If there is an issue, contact us within 5 days of receiving the case, and we will work with you to resolve it quickly.
